Air Suvidha (Delhi Airport' contact-less solution developed in collaboration with Ministry of Civil Aviation)

International Arriving passengers coming to India can now experience a smooth & hassle-free arrival process. Apply Online to fill Self-Reporting and Exemption Forms. Passengers with approved exemption requests on Air Suvidha are exempted from institutional quarantine. In case of rejection, the passenger will have to undergo institutional quarantine as per the state govt guidelines at the first airport of entry. There is no quarantine applicable to passengers arriving with a negative RT-PCR report. Fly Safe!



W.e.f 2359 hours of 22nd Feb 2021, international arriving passengers can only apply for exemption in case of 'Death in a Family'. It is mandatory for all international arriving passengers to upload negative RT PCR certificate while filling the self declaration form. It is important that all passengers must check the latest COVID-19 protocol & visa norms from the concerned airline or embassy before commencing their journey.



From 8th August onwards, self-declaration and application for
exemption from institutional quarantine for incoming international passengers availing of VBM flights will be taken up digitally. This platform will be available for all international arrival passengers at www.newdelhiairport.in.

ApplicationForm:https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho- 8th to 11th August will be period where both the process (digital and manual) will run in parallel to give all stake  & passengers’ time to adopt to new digitized system. From 11th August onwards, all stakeholders will move to digital platform to reduce passenger-processing time on arrivals.

What is Air Suvidha?


Air Suvidha is a contactless solution by Ministry of Civil Aviation and Delhi Airport for all
international passengers coming to India. It is a Self Reporting and Exemption Form Portal for International arriving passengers. Are these forms created just for Delhi Airport or for all International Airports? These forms are created for all International arriving passengers to India. What is a Self-Reporting Form? All International arriving passengers are required to fill the self-reporting form as mandated by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Air Suvidha is an online system for International passengers to submit mandatory Self-Reporting Form to declare their current health status. 

This form is mandatory and should be filled anytime before boarding What is the purpose of the Self-Reporting form?
Yes, Self Reporting form has to be mandatorily filled by all international arriving passengers. Is there any cut-off limit for the self-reporting form? There is no cut-off time limit for the self-reporting form. It can be filled anytime before
boarding. However, it is encouraged that you fill it well in advance.
